Originally built in the 1960’s, the developer and the city of Escondido worked together to rehabilitate this complex and revitalize the surrounding neighborhood. The Architect restored and designed the buildings using existing elements as positive new amenities, which included a central courtyard, private entries, reinforced pedestrian paths, and semi-private rear yards. The result was a complete renovation of the exterior and interior of an existing one story residential building, which provided many positive outcomes throughout the housing complex and surrounding community.
