As Director of Architecture, Adriana Y. Villegas, oversees the technical application of our designs, design development and construction documents. Her implementation of R+A projects and accounts ensure a high quality of service and efficient staff utilization.
Since joining Rodriguez Associates Architects and Planners, in 1998, Ms. Villegas has developed numerous award winning housing, commercial and mix-use projects. Market rate and Affordable housing developments include, Laurel Tree Apartment in Carlsbad, CA., Hillside Village in Poway, CA, Tavera Apartments in Chula Vista, CA and Forrester Square in Santee, CA.
Her resume contains leading sustainable projects, such as, Solara Apartment in Poway - first apartment project in California fully powered by the sun and Los Vecinos in Chula Vista - winner of the State of California Governor's Trophy for sustainability. Her expertise has produced numerous Mix-use projects which include Las Brisas Apartments & Commercial Center on Chula Vista's Broadway and Via Roble Shop Keeper Development along North County's South Escondido Boulevard.
Ms. Villegas understands building markets today demand a realistic design that is capable of being constructed in an affordable and timely manner.
