Carlos Rodriguez, A.I.A President

Prior to establishing his own architectural firm, Carlos Rodriguez was associated with some of Southern California's premier design firms. His tenure as a practicing architect for Architects Lorimer-Case and Paul Thoryk & Associates produced numerous award-winning designs.

Throughout his career he has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in all phases of architectural practice. In the field of community development, his work has set design precedence and has been recognized both nationally and regionally. Award-winning designs include: Fallbrook View Village, which is located in Northern San Diego County, Via Roble, and Laurel Bay, an urban village located in Banker's Hill community, one of San Diego's oldest.

Single-family and production housing designs by Rodriguez has also been forerunners for the development industry. Over the years, projects such as, Verona in San Diego, Morgan Hill in Temecula, CA and Sea Breeze in Oceanside, CA have been recognized by the building community.

Diverse experience has uniquely qualified Rodriguez in a variety of building types. His work with educational, community centers and religious spaces is demonstrated in the design of the MAAC Community Charter High School in Chula Vista, CA, the Fallbrook Community Center in Fallbrook, CA and St. Mary's Church in Escondido, CA.
