Recognized as a groundbreaking project in the “de-malling” of American Suburbia, this unique project replaced an aging commercial use zone. To the west are single story commercial land districts and a major freeway.  The commercial component consists of two, three story office buildings with a parking structure. The residential component consists of a large community center with recreational facilities bounded by three story apartments with tuck under garages and carports.
